WHAT OUR CLIENTS SAY
A wonderful stay. This was my second time at Ardenwood, and when I learned the show I was doing was coming to the Waterside Theatre down the road for a week, it was an easy choice to decide where to stay. Arden is lovely and extremely helpful, the property is gorgeous and spotless.
Booked at short notice, the room was extremely charming and comfortable. Near town centre so getting meals not a problem. Lovely medieval timber fram Malt house in garden in keeping with a lot of the properties in the area.
A remarkable arts and crafts house with historical malthouse closeby within the environs of the garden wall. Ardenwood is close to the centre of Aylesbury. Very friendly and personal welcome, useful information on the town , restaurants and theatre.
Ardenwood is a beautifully decorated guest house, very close to the centre of Aylesbury. A great plus point is that cars are parked securely behind locked gates so you can walk the half mile into town without any worries about leaving your car. It has a great homely feel to it and you immediately feel welcome.
My usual place for an overnight in Aylesbury was full – and so booked Ardenwood after reading the reviews. I had a lovely room with great facilities. Parking is on-site through an automatic gate with a key code you receive when booking. A shared bathroom – immaculately clean – with one other guest.
I have stayed for two periods at Arden Wood and can not fault it. The property is fantastic and so much character. Nothing is two much trouble for the friendly owners. The rates are more than reasonable for hotels in the area and I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

I stayed at ardenwood for 6 months from Sept 2015 to March 2016 whilst working near Aylesbury. The rooms are large and comfortable, it’s very quiet and even with 5 rooms sharing 2 bathrooms, I never had to wait once during my stay.
